A classic for this gym and our members! Keep your heart rate high as you sweat through a "warm up", take out some aggression on the bags, and end with targeted strength and core training.  Get a little bit of everything to keep your body in check.

KDB (Kettlebells, Dumbbells, and Barbells)

Want to stick to strength?  In this class we use kettlebells, dumbbells, and barbells to put you through an intense muscle building workout to tighten, tone, and strengthen your body. 


This is a great compliment to your martial arts workouts, strengthening the muscles you need inside and out of the ring.

In this class mix cardio, bags, pads, and technique to incorporate Muay Thai into your weekly workout routines and training. another class to improve and hone your skills while burning calories!

Just water and a towel for now. Wraps are optional.



With a mix of Krav Maga and Jiu Jitsu techniques, as well as tidbits from criminal psychology, learn how to defend yourself against an aggressor and attempt to avoid an altercation entirely. 


This is a less intense, technique focused class. We may kick, punch, knee, elbow, and strike more towards the end of class, but less aggressive and more effective defensive techniques will also be taught.
