Breakfast of (Lazy) Champions

This is an easy one. If you're on the 28 Day program, it's great for fat days. I like to make a big batch so I can just grab and go during fat days. The recipe below will last for three breakfasts or you can make more and have snacks too because it's that good.
Here's what you'll need:
3 sweet potatoes/yams
6 tablespoons of almond butter
1/8 cup of almond or coconut milk (whatever is enough to help your blender along)
Throw everything together in a blender. Blend. Scoop into bowl. Shovel into mouth with your choice of berries. Pat yourself on the back for making a delicious and good choice in the morning.
