I was overweight my entire life. My self-confidence was non-existent and I struggled mentally, emotionally, and physically. I had never worked with a personal trainer before and was a little nervous, but from the very first session, Liz made me feel comfortable and has encouraged me the entire way. She really listened to what my goals were and helped me to achieve them and then some! Liz is an amazing and dependable personal trainer. Like many people, I had never been taught proper nutrition or fitness. She is extremely knowledgeable in nutrition and fitness strategies. She tailors the best program suited for you and your own goals.

Since working with Liz I have lost over 150lbs, and not only have I hit my weight loss goals, I have increased my physical strength, and most importantly, my self-confidence and happiness! I have a new understanding of nutrition and fitness now and it was much easier than I thought! 

Liz cares very much about all of her clients and encourages them in every way that she can. She loves to celebrate the victories her clients achieve, whether in weight loss or in life. I greatly appreciate all that Liz has done for me and am so thankful for all the time and effort she has put into helping me to achieve my goals now and in the future!

Liz is a great trainer. She really knows her stuff! Workouts are challenging and she is very attentive to form and technique. She is also provides excellent nutrition advice. She really takes the time to make sure everything is understood well and she is always available to answer questions. I highly recommend Liz as a personal trainer and for nutrition advice!


Liz is absolutely the best trainer I have ever worked with. She really cares about her clients and their needs! Liz not only focuses on your workouts and form but also makes sure you are eating correctly. I first started training with her many years ago and was able to shed a ton of weight. My work schedule inhibited me from being able to attend her classes and I lost touch with her. Recently we reconnected and she has got me back on track. I am so happy to be working with her again. She pays close attention to you and genuinely cares about you and your goals!


Training with Liz is great! I wish I had met with her sooner. She's incredibly knowledgeable and a great motivator. Liz Brooks is truly an amazing personal trainer! She works with me as a whole person; physically, mentally, and emotionally. My husband and I started with Liz and her program from a referral from a friend we noticed had lost a lot of weight.  I lost 21 pounds and 11 inches the first 4 weeks. We continued with her and at the end of our program I had lost 32 pounds and 16 inches. I also lost % of my body fat. Liz makes the workouts fun and pushes you to try harder even when you want to quit or punch her! LOL!


I was talking to a buddy of mine and asked what he was doing to lose weight. He recommended Liz. She kept us motivated. It's easy to fall out of a routine.  She made it not boring and I will take classes with her over going to the gym any day.  It worked. I lost 30 pounds!
